USD Products accepts the following forms of payment:

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. Orders placed before 11 am are shipped within two working days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Once the order is dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

Domestic 2-3 working days

USD Products is not responsible for shipments delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of USD Products.


All parcels shipped by USD Products are insured until the delivery to the final customer. At the time of delivery by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:

(I) that the number of boxes corresponds to the one indicated on the delivery note;
(II) that the packaging is intact, not damaged or modified, including the sealing materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the lack of parcel or information has to be immediately notified to the Courier. Once the delivery document is signed without any dispute, the customer can not open any claim. If anomalies are detected, Customer must report them as soon as possible by keeping the packaging for the necessary checks.


As required by the international laws about imports and exports, all orders are shipped with an official invoice declaring the truthful total amount of the merchandise purchased.


We hope that you are happy with your order, but if you are not perfectly satisfied you can return your items within 30 days (weekend included) from the delivery date. Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used for the purchase within 7 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags, accessories and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes, dust bags and cards. When you try them on stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept underwear returns and we will only accept swimwear if the protective hygienic strip is still in place and has not been tampered with. Any faulty item can be returned. Any item that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. Return must be shipped with DHL. Any return shipped with a different courier won’t be accepted.
