OPERATIONS UPDATE

Dear Valued Customers:

Please note that effective March 23, 2020, for self-pickups (will call) from our warehouse, all visitors must remain outside our warehouse and offices. Please check in at the rear entrance of the warehouse since our front office will be locked.

As we continue to closely monitor the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we want to provide you with an update on our response to the COVID-19 health emergency. Because the health and safety of our valued customers, distributors, associates, and communities remain our top priority.

USD Products will continue to take additional preventive measures to maintain a stable business environment, while we remain open for business through these uncertain circumstances. Our warehouse in Santa Ana, CA is fully operational receiving incoming shipments from suppliers and making outgoing shipments to customers. However, continued government restrictions and limited availability of transportation may continue to cause some delays in the supply chain.

During this challenging time, USD Products, Inc. is working diligently to provide you products in the safest and most reliable manner possible, to help keep your business moving forward. We will keep you informed of any significant changes that affect the aforementioned if the situation on the ground mandates it.
