  • Are the products Certified with UL, CSA or NSF?

    USD has certifications on all major product categories that require it. Our gas connectors, gas valves, log lighter valves and quick disconnects are all CSA Certified and Listed. Our electrical cords are UL Approved and all water products carry Iapmo or NSF Certification.
  • What are the minimum order quantities?

    Inner Case Quantity varies from product to product. We sell by inner or master case quantities. Some exceptions based on total volume and project requirements. Please contact USD Sales for more specifics.
  • Do you have a prepaid freight program?

    Yes. Our prepaid freight program is designed specifically for each customer. Depending on volume, discount pricing and location. Your sales associate can provide additional details.
  • Do you have National Coverage to multiple locations and branches?

    Yes. We ship across the USA including Hawaii. Product ships from Santa Ana, California and lead times may vary from 1 day to 5 days depending on the “Ship To” location.
  • Can USD design specific products for my applications?

    Our engineers can custom design parts in multiple categories and provide stocking programs to offer JIT delivery to your distribution centers or manufacturing plants.
  • Do you have stocking distributors we can buy from?

    We have many stocking distributors of our products throughout the US. Please Contact Sales to get more information about your local distributor.
  • How do I get a catalog and more information about USD Products, Inc.?

    The catalog is available for download on your website. It can be saved or printed and has list pricing for all the products. A multiplier sheet or custom pricing can be obtained from your sales representative or by E-mailing us at sales@usdproducts.com
